MEET THE COACH

Our founder and coach Kamau Williams-Hampton is native of Washington DC, and grew up loving and competing in sports. Kamau graduated from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management.

After coaching for 10+ years at various institutions, Kamau was inspired by the many “superstar” youth athletes he coached and forged a path to start his own sports program to provide the training and support needed to excel.
